How can we help?

HOPPD scans supported product barcodes and lets you search the current catalogue by product or brand. When evidence is complete, it shows independent Value, Health / Fit and Balanced same-store options. When evidence is incomplete, it says Cannot Verify instead of guessing.

Email nadun.perera@me.com with the app version, iPhone model, what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive health information.

Barcode not found

Hold the barcode inside the frame with steady light.
Use Search products if that barcode is not yet in HOPPD’s supported catalogue.
HOPPD intentionally shows no match instead of guessing.

Camera and store selection

Camera access is needed only for barcode scanning. The planned public app does not request location access; search for a supported store by name, suburb or postcode. Camera permission can be changed in iPhone Settings under HOPPD.

Product information

Prices, availability, ingredients and pack sizes can change. Check the package label and shelf price before buying. HOPPD provides general shopping comparison information, not medical or nutritional advice.
